Please take the time to read our approval system. All jobs either print or design, must comply with all approval specifications.
All jobs, and projects done by ColorXchange must go through the approval process. This process can not defer without written consent from you the client. All jobs or projects, when design has reached completeion, MUST be approved by you the client. Proofs are sent out via email or printed in our office for visual inspection.
Every proof needs to be checked by you the client for the following:
ColorXchange is not liable for typos, wrong colors, etc. that is the reason for the proof. Even ColorXchange employees and system spell checks get words wrong from time to time by error. If a client can not receive electronic transmissions via email, fax, or come into our office to review the proof, a waiver must be signed releasing ColorXchange from any and all errors on the job or project, upon time of ordering. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PHONE APPROVALS. All approvals must be in written format in either electronic form as a email or faxed or signed at our location.
At times ColorXchange may find it necessary to have the proof reviewed, at the decision of our office a proof may be delivered to you, via mail, or courrier, in which you may review and note changes, additions, corrections, or if you approve the artwork. This is at the discretion of ColorXchange.
You are responsible for proofreading all the typesetting and layout of your printing.
Any item that has been proofed and approved for printing by the customer or customer's representative will only be corrected at the customers expense. If you choose not to proof your job, ColorXchange will not be responsible for any errors and will expect payment in full for work completed.
